Anyways, I wasn't able to beat it with 3 pairs, but maybe this'll be helpful for other people:
>first team: dawn, viola, misty. dawn lowers azelf's atk to -6, viola traps and lowers sp atk to -6, misty for sp. def buffs and heals.
>second team: ss blue, red, skyla. blast burn goes brrr and azelf is too debuffed to do serious damage.
Dawn is 3/5, but Blue and Red are 1/5.
