Description: The leader of Team Rocket himself has joined the battle. Much like Pokémon Trainer, only his Pokémon does the fighting. His Pokémon consists of ???, and they also lack the fatigue meter, allowing the player to use their preferred Pokémon for as long as they can.
If we can have Pokémon Trainer, it would make sense to include Giovanni as a villainous counterpart for him/her.
Feel free to give his Pokémon movesets. NOTE: Down B is switching to the next Pokémon, like with Pokémon Trainer.
