I consider the content in past games to be better even if there were technical improvements in XY.This is exactly why the games in the OP are better than anything in gen 6. Gen 6 games are shit because you can beat them in a day, and the post-game is near non-existent, yet these games are still 40 dollars. Emerald, Platinum, HGSS and BW2 gave you more 'more bang for the buck'.
