Just finished a couple days ago, got everything except Vivillion forms, Alcremie forms, legendary forms like Shaymin, Deoxys and the genies since you can just change them in game anyways, Floette/Florges colors (I have the Flabebe ones though) and most gender differences outside of like Frillish and special cases like Meowstic since they don't really change much.
It really makes you appreciate each individual Pokemon. Catching a new one and checking out the model feels really satisfying. I'm excited to catch all of the new mons in ScVi since they all sound pretty cool from the leaks.
