Sealed boxes are around £60 on eBay and Japan2UK (though seems like they gave up with keeping up with S-Chinese sets). Slim pack boxes are a bit cheaper but the jumbo pack boxes are by far the better value due to their guaranteed amount of hits (everything besides secret rares). In terms of singles they're noticeably cheaper compared to their English and Japanese counterparts.

Chinese cards are in fact cheaper than EN/JP ones and as a bonus their print quality is the exact same as the JP ones as they're printed in the same factories. And as for where to get them as a UK citizen the best I could recommend is Chinese sellers on eBay, that's where I got these recently.
