My wife's significantly more into Pokemon than I am, but we've played through D/P/P, HG/SS, and X/Y together. I skipped B/W, which she didn't find much fun anyway.
Mostly I just get 5/6IV pokes off of her now and play dress up while slogging through the plot again.
