All signs and NPCs hint at it being fighting type so you expect some dojo like always but once you step inside it's almost pitch black aside from the screen flicker of TV monitors surrounding the path that can all be inspected to find that they are all displaying commentated fights. Trainers are all Super Nerds that are very passionate and athletic despite their trainer class aside from a lone Black Belt who is very confused by the atmosphere.
Gym Leader is unkempt wearing smudgy glasses and a sweatshirt that's kinda dirty, he probably hasn't seen the sun in a few days. Personality is and fiery and passionate about fighting as other fighting type gym leaders but instead of actually participating in it he only spectates.
