Raising chances to not start with Celebi to around 83~ish percent, meaning little chance for a dead starts, and Egg is a better first starter as well.
Probably mixed energy, but up for debate whether to run water at all, since the "starting first' thing is null and void if you don't get a grass energy. There's a 16~ish% chance to start with Egg, a 50% chance to start with water, and a 50% to go first, so only a 4% chance to get cucked there, so I think it's worth it to run water and Irida, but I'd need another Leafeon to actually test it.
