Don't sell 30 items you ordered, sell the 15 you have in-hand ready to ship. Once you've sold the 15th, automatically have the page update that it's Sold Out. Also set cart error messages if people try to buy more than what you have on hand, and knowing pokemon, limit how many items the customers can buy. Especially in hard times like this.
