Are there certain events that trigger the NPC girl that allows you to pokefind Alolan Dugtrio, or does she just randomly show up one of the times you go to the hill? I think I've done just about every other thing you can do in the demo besides that. I know other people have asked in different threads but I haven't seen an answer.
