Does imposter Ditto have priority? I encountered one in the safari and it copied my lvl 70 Garchomp (max ivs and evs in speed/atk). The lvl 30 ditto proceeded to go first every time with outrage.
2nd event was a wifi battle against someones imposter ditto. Once again they copied my Garchomp and wiped my team.
In the 2nd case I thought it was possibly because the ditto had a choice scarf... but in the first case it makes no sense.
