Sadfish is just flat out terrible statwise. However, it is the only Drizzle mon in the game. So if you plan to make a rain team, you need it. There are only three Swift Swim mons in all of Clover, Eviolite Tanktube (slow), Substarr(bad offensively), and Mabster(actually good).
