>>53513708good question I'd say it'd probably need a shiny stone or have a certain item equipped while leveling up/trading (which would be different depending on gender and regional/mega forms if it is mega then it'd obviously require a mega stone)
as for it's ability in battle, the male would get a free "follow me" that would also prevent field attacks from harm in doubles so long as the other pokemon is female I think it'd be called "shield-ver-y", the female would cause enemy's to be charmed so long as the enemy is male, however if the enemy pokemon is female it gets a defense buff (alternatively a free substitute doll or an anti-follow me so things wouldn't want to hurt a meek little lady in doubles)
