Honestly from experience, manga cleaning is the single most divided community I've ever come across. If I meet two people who agree on what looks good / what should be done / almost anything, it's a miracle.
I'm a lot more used to slightly less terrible raws too, perhaps I've been spoiled a bit. Will post the raw in a min.
