I tried. The special attack boost is mainly used to take advantage of its surprisingly good special movepool, while setting itself apart from Aggron and Steelix. The ability is a weird one. I wanted to make the ability make sense with its design and Pokédex entries, this is the best I could come up with. If you don’t like it you can just give it Solid Rock
