I know I have stated this earlier but I guess I should elaborate further. While the obvious inspiration of the drunken fist master style of evading is apparent, within the dex itself it proves that its completely conscience and self aware about its surroundings. However, its so used to the tottering movements it believes its always walking in a straight line. It very easy to make the comparison to it being intoxicated to be fair BECAUSE of that inspiration. But hey. The dex is wonky with its definitions and explanations so take everything with a grain of salt.
