Unless it goes Modest, MegaMence won't survive a Milotic, especially if it has Recover. Investing 60 EVs in Sp.Atk will OHKO with Ice Beam considering it has no bulk, if it does:
60+ SpA Milotic Ice Beam vs. 252 HP / 4 SpD Salamence: 332-392 (84.2 - 99.4%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
Would need a bit more EV investment to have a chance. Would be a matter of what's the most common Nature for a special MegaMence. Now physical in my next post. I'm currently thinking also in what teammates could work well for Milotic.
