Origin: Spent weeks on end breeding for a shiny Togepi because it is my favorite Pokemon. I didn't bother with IVs at the time, but lo and behold, it would up with perfect Sp. Atk and Sp. Def thanks to the ditto I was using.
Training: 252 Sp. Atk, 252 Speed, 4 HP.
IV: 31 in Sp. Atk and Sp. Def. Not sure about the others, but he's still a bulky little guy, so I guess they're not too bad.

Strategy: Choice Scarf and Air Slash. That's all I need to do before the tears start flowing. Everyone expects paraflinch bullshit. I'm the only one I've seen run a fully offensive choicekiss, and I fucking love him. The number of battles I've one with this brutal son of a bitch just because of flinchhax is fucking silly. And then afterwords, I take him into Amie and reward him with Pokepuffs. I can't do that with my Showdown Togekiss. I love him so much.
