I've been this way since pretty much middle school and I'm 20 now, so basically since puberty. I got really fat when I was 12 or 13, and I think that was what triggered it because I realized I had to lose weight. And my family would poke my stomach and call me fat while pushing unhealthy foods on me at the same time 3:
