Could be for an ingame team, a competitive team, whatever it may be.
I didn't think much of Heliolisk at first but I wanted to try it out since I wanted an Electric type for my team and I was actually impressed by its capabilities since it can function in almost any weather thanks to its abilities, and it's got a pretty decent movepool too.
