It's kind of a shame since it means I'll never get to play it, but I'm glad someone out there has. I figured PTU was like the Digimon game or the JSRF game or the Raildex game, or any other anime-inspired homebrew to come out of /tg/: something that looks really neat but literally no one ever plays because it's easier to argue about D&D than learn a new system ;_;
