There is a LOT of guessing when you are talking about a Touhou character that never made an official appearance anywhere whether it would be the print works or in the games. Only thing you can rely on is fandom which can be extremely unreliable at times when people are coming up many different depictions of her. Pic related. Only other thing confirming her status of being cut is an unused name lurking deep within the code of EOTSD suggesting that there was another boss or playable character planned. I need to pick something else for the next game because when you aren't 100% sure about the nature of the character you supposed to be playing then there's certainly going to be problems.
