i know, that doesnt seem like much because precisely 3 is a very specific outcome so the 13 extra pulls it doesnt end up making a huge difference, but if we use the alternate definition of "what are my chances of getting 3 OR MORE of the spotlight unit in 40200 gems" then the chance is currently 43.46% and will rise to 49.68% with the new rules
