I don't think anything's been proposed for foster's gym yet so idea time:
Children are hanging around outside the battling portion playing with eachother. The gym could be filled with toys and children's drawings Talking to them can get you general information about the gym (foster uses ice-type pokemon and what types are SE on ice, some slides lead to a teleporter room, etc. Maybe one will give you an Oran Berry?).Upon getting to the back of the gym, you can go down slides. These slides act as ledges and you go down them trying to progress until you get to Foster. If you take the wrong slide, you are left in a room with a teleporter (and maybe a trainer) , which you can take to go back to the beginning of the gym and try again. I wasn't sure how many trainers there were supposed to be so I made two, with one being a double battle (1 pokemon each) and one being singles (2 pokemon).
The point of the double walls is to impair vision so you can't see the room until you go down the slide (not sure how much that would work though). It completely relies on this so if it doesn't work then this idea is kinda useless, but the main thing is that the gym is focused around Foster's theme and the daycare rather than just some random ice puzzle (which I don't think would be very safe for the kids).
