>>33679102Noctowl is one of my favorite Gen II Pokemon but you seriously shouldn't use it in any game released before physical/special split. It's going to be absolute garbage and it will not carry its weight, I can guarantee you that. If you want to use Noctowl in your team you should try it in HGSS where it can use moves like Air Slash and Shadow Ball and you can give it Choice Specs to boost its power (Choice Specs are available through normal story progression).
