A core of Ninetales, Mega Empoleon, and Rotom-Frost provides solid coverage and utility. Ninetales brings in the Hail, Rotom burns shit and switches, Empoleon sweeps through weakened teams.
Sand would be a huge threat. Tyranitar alone scares these three shitless, being able to survive a Moonblast or Hydro.
