Passive: either intimidate (cuts damage dealt by opposing pokemon) or unnerve (prevents ALL enemy healing withtin a radius around arbok)
Autoattack: two quick bites followed by a tail slam that has more range + might poison the opponent (poison tail)
M1 poison sting: weak projectile that poisons
Can upgrade into either
poison fang: arbok rushes forward and deals damage + badly poisons the opponent
acid spray: spits a small puddle of acid that deals slight damage and drastically lowers opponents' defenses
M2 Leer: a long range move with a narrow hitbox that deals no damage but lowers the opponent's defenses

Glare: a very long range move with a narrow hitbox that stuns opponents for a few seconds. Think solar beam but CC.
Scary face: lowers attack and speed of all enemies around arbok
Unite move Envenomate: arbok latches onto the nearest opponent, dealing damage, badly poisoning them, stunning them for the move's duration, and lowering the attack of nearby enemy pokemon
