Utilized the same bug, fared better after watching the video sequence and using Agatha instead of Ramos (nothing besides level ups needed, unsure if Ramos can cause the bug since my first attempts yielded nothing).

I'm all up for a challenge and probably wouldn't have used the bug if I could've beaten it with the maximum 30 trainers allowed. The challenge to limit yourself to 12 sync pairs is just a formality, the reality is that if you haven't beaten it by then, any team thrown at it will be slaughtered since by that point it has sync moved several times and have more buffs than 3 unga bunga teams combined.
That said, I won't wear the medal, don't wanna give people false signals. The gems were all I needed.
