I mentioned before that I started making a "homepage" for myself, containing info about my characters and stories. The recent talk about revamping our main rentry page inspired me to finally finish the homepage, and I'm ready to share it now (I still may make edits to it, but this is basically the final draft).
This doesn't include any new info for people who've been following the guild and are familiar with my work, but it will be useful for newcomers.
For now, I think it should go at the top of my story list in the main rentry page (I don't know the edit code, so if someone else can take care of it, I'd appreciate it). Here's the link:

>>54911636No strong feelings from me. I'd be okay seeing them as enemies in special dungeons in a future game, or in stories in our guild project (like Linoone-anon did).
>>54920811Trying to convert a video game into a story 1:1 is a bad idea. There are too many things in games that only exist because games have certain limitations (like a so-called city only having 5 buildings, or fully healing from a gunshot wound by crouching behind a wall for a few seconds). So I think it's okay to take liberties if it's for the sake of making things more believable or enjoyable overall.
>spoilerThat can be fun if you really lean into it. You can make the villain super hammy, and genuinely love being evil, and make that villain a character that audiences love to hate. But such a villain is more shallow than a villain with actual motives, so it should be handled carefully to avoid coming off as disappointing and bland.
