Great Dragon is also pretty based. You can only find them just before the final boss, but having one completely trivializes the fight. They get their best possible weapon in the dungeon leading up to the final boss, and the only thing that can do more than scratch damage to them is if the final boss does a standard attack. They even have full immunity to both flavors of breath attacks, which are usually very deadly.
