Try to find other hobbies/interests to fill the time. Surely there's shows you haven't caught up on, other games you haven't played or tried yet, projects that you've thought of that you'd like to work on or try to learn the skills of, etc.
I felt the same way you did a little while ago. The Twitch Marathon helped remind me of the good old days and brought me back into Pokemon for a brief moment, but I'll probably float back into my other interests before long.
