tesoro's gholdengo is a total kissup and hypeman and has been ever since it was a gimmighoul. as a gimmighoul tesoro actually ignored it for the most part, he just let it hang around because the coin it held onto was particularly rare and ancient. when tesoro finally collects enough gimmighoul coins for it to evolve throughout his travels that's when their relationship changes and he finally starts being properly friendly to gholdengo. they both thrive off the positive attention from the other
