So, If we judge based on the quality of the entire line, my personal favorite would be... the totodile line. All are pretty great. Most evolutionary lines have a decent starter, and a cool final, with a middle stage thats kind of meh. If we pick just one of any stage. It’s a tie between torterra and dewott.
