Magmar fight is my favorite when I want to watch action, the Jessie + Blissey episode is top-notch for when I want to watch something more touching (any of the Team Rocket backstory episodes are good for this though).
Igglybuff episode is based for dubbing some Japanese songs though
>>42607603It's based off of his original game design. The "scientist" look is just because they cut Team Rocket's Chief and put that look onto Blaine, and the mustache wasn't even implemented until around the time of Yellow.
