We don't know their surenames because pokelanguage, but if you look at the number of syllables it looks like Liko's name is placed before her family name, while Roy's case is the opposite, just like how nips do it (ie: in japanese Oak is "Orchid Yukinari", but his american cousin is "Nariya Orchid")
