I don't like using pokemon in-game that aren't from that gen originally, e.g. wont catch something like a tentacool for any gen past gen 1, wingull past gen 3, etc. Its the whole thing of using new pokemon, its just boring when you use the same pokemon in every gen that you've used before when you could try something new to take that role for a while, like that one guy who tries to go for a gyarados in every game and not giving anything new a whirl.

Yeah, I really was hoping for a better team for him.
Only thing I can say they should have replaced the Unfezant for a Braviary, it fitted him a lot better.
At least he has solid music that actually felt engaging, shame his team didn't back it up until about postgame.

>moves like fire blast and hydro pump getting nerfs
