Might as well ban Heatran for his Air Balloon shenanigans huh? No. Smart people setup to deal with that bullshit. Also KS is only effective versus CONTACT attacks. Earthquake, Fire Blast, Shadowball, and plenty other are NON-CONTACT and quite effective.
