When I said that, I was just thinking about that Pokemon Emerald guidebook I bought, which was what helped me solve the puzzle since it had the braille translation in it. What I meant to say was, it's impossible without braille code translations.

All of that being said though, after a bit of thinking I actually regret putting the Regi puzzles as bad ways to do rare Pokemon. The Regi puzzles is probably one of the most soulful things Pokemon has done ever.
