It's sort of like two tree stumps next to one another, with one being larger than the other.
I'm not sure there's any actual, proper art of the outside of the guild, but you can sort of get an idea of how it should look from the floorplans and other buildings in Capim.

The floorplan of the guild has a staircase leading to sub-basement levels. I think it's just a exit to place random plot points underneath the guild as needed by stories? One or two people have mentioned it already, but the full scope is unknown and/or conflicting.
