The run continues. The Grass trial went well, but got rocky when we went up against Totem Lurantis. My goal was to poison it with Oily Doyle's Poison Fang, but it took three hits to actually get it. Meanwhile, the totem called Trumbeak and the Trumbeak shot Supersonic and Screech at me, forcing me to switch for safety. Blondie got one hit in with her Quick Claw before getting severed in half by Solar Blade. The rest of the match was handled by Mrs. Beakley (my own Trumbeak) and Oily Doyle.
Not much exciting between then and the kahuna, except Ruby Tuesday and Mrs. Beakley getting crushed by a Hariyama. I burned it with Scald, so I think it had Guts ability. Thankfully, it burned to death after killing Mrs. Beakley.
Kahuna Olivia really gave me a run for my money. No one on my team was able to do really big damage to her guys throughout the battle. Her Nosepass took hits really well and paralyzed anyone that came out against it (Miss Circus, Sickleweed). I ended up knocking it out with Gerki using Counter. Boldore hit really hard with its Headbutt and my best play was to flinch-cheese it with Oily Doyle's Bite. Even doing that, I was left in the red when Lycanroc came out.
Joyce the Leafeon managed to tank Lycanroc's Continental Crush and recovered a little bit with Sitrus Berry, but he couldn't do enough damage to warrant staying in. Unfortunately, I had to sack Gerki in order to get just a little more damage with Innards Out. Miss Circus came in to finish up. She almost got killed because of paralysis, but pulled through with Aqua Jet.
