The Actual Boss: Florophage, the Virus Pokemon
The ACTUAL Objective: Infect and terraform the whole planet so Florophage can be the apex predator over everything. Florophage dosen't give a damn about either Pokemon or Humans, it's literally just a virus running of instinct.
Instead of having just grunts it employs different "ranks" of infected for different needs (Fast hit-&-run Pokemon that poison you -- "Stalkers", slow but heavy hitting Pokemon for "Tanks", Even "Healers" that that spam Grassy Terrain and Leach Seed.
