Everybody praises Stadium games.
Everybody praises Colosseum/XD games.
Everybody praises Mystery Dungeon games.
Everybody praises Pokemon Ranger games.

Everybody praises the Pokemon in Smash games.
but yet almost everybody complains against Gamefreak games in almost every way.
Gamefreak always fail to satisfy its fanbase with outdated mechanics, animations, graphics, and stupid design choices and forced marketing of overshilled Pokemon.
Last game that universally loved was HGSS and Gamefreak still taking changes of direction in every generations think they are doing good but they are still too blind to see how much they are losing fans just to attract Pokemon GO kids.
Now they even middlefingered everyone who like pokemon post-gen1 with not only 1 game, but 2! even though Pokemon Go already has Gen2 and Gen3 included.
This is how much respectful and great Gamefreak is as a gaming company.
