I'm still touching up the Grass starter and doing some major revisions to the Water one.
Their poses will eventually be able to fit together into one picture, though.

You might be right about the red. It's a bit bright.
The shading might fix it, but I might go to the original hue in pic related.
I think the brown hits a sweet spot tone-wise, brightening the eyes and darkening the hooves.
