>>43518488I'd like a region that was still in the process of being built and settled into. You start off in a small port town, and you just came in on the ship. Some of the other settlements are all still mid-construction, maybe even a tent city in there somewhere. There could be one big, more fully functional city in the center of the map, that's turned into the heart of the new civilization and connects everything together. Rather than things being rustic and rough, I'd like a sort of idealized greenpunk aesthetic, lots of shining metal and heavy forests intermingling, raging rivers and hydroelectric plants, have the whole region being built from the ground up to be on the cutting edge of technology while forging a symbiosis with nature. It'd make for some great visuals, I think.
