I like how he fails to realize that the reason they had to keep it a secret from him is how obsessed he was with it to begin with. Ogerpon could've easily killed him and himself knows (sort of) how strong it is because of the story and if it's going around looking for it's mask and the first thing she sees is him jerking off in the bush waiting for her to return to give her the mask back she's going to think he stole it and will beat the shit out of Kieran for it rather than a familiar face giving her the mask back. If he wasn't so autistically obsessed with Ogerpon they could've let Kieran know from the start and none of this would've happened.
