I haven't watched the anime since start of Best Wishes (the Ash reset was too much to stomach and hearing about the earthquake destroying their writing plans didn't help), despite keeping enough tabs to hear about things like BURASTO and the Ash retirement. I've been binging the movies recently though, and it's gotten me back into a bit of longing for that feeling of adventure in a wondrous world. I wanna finally try and give it a shot again, since I figure switching MCs probably represents a switch in writing sensibilities.
