The best hint I can give is to just start chucking fluffruit to Pikachu shortly after you round the last corner. Get it to Stunfisk as quickly as possible while holding L the whole time to keep yourself slow, then only let go or turbo to get yourself into a close position when you know for sure that Pikachu has noticed Stunfisk. And for higher points in the Pose/Other Pokemon categories, take a picture AFTER Pikachu and Stunfisk splash down, not during the big jump (even though you'd think that would be the money shot).
