>>54711735There's a bunch of shit I've thought up as a group of theories, I'll call it the "Eden Theory".
This started when I realized that Carmine and Kieran have snake-like eyes and hair that look like forked tongues. I was wondering why they would chose to design them like that. At first I thought it might have something to do with "being a snake in the grass", an expression describing a deceitful person since Carmine is kinda mean and manipulative. But that made me think about the snake in the Garden of Eden, and suddenly I kept noticing more and more parallels to the story of Adam and Eve.
I'll assume you know all the stuff about Dokutaro already so I'll get straight to the point:
>Dokutaro is the "peach" part of the Momotaro legend that TTL is based on>the doll or whatever it is can be seen in the shop in Kitakami, which is called "Peachy's">it was Dokutaro who gave the Loyal Three their powers/granted their wishes (as suggested by the map descriptions) through the poison>it's a poisonous fruit that grants wishes/powers(?), but might come at a great cost since the Loyal Three were killed by Ogrepon shortly after gaining their powers (a Monkey's Paw kind of deal?)A fruit that promises knowledge, power and other things you may wish for, but manipulates your mind and ultimately brings your demise... Sounds familiar, doesn't it? Dokutaro could be like the "forbidden fruit".
But this isn't where the parallels to the Book of Genesis end.
>Sada/Turo aimed to build a PARADISE with the Paradox Pokémon >the professor wished to build a working time machine, so they could bring the past/future Pokémon they deeply adored ever since they were a child to the present and build what they envisioned as their perfect world>the professor constantly refers to that world as their paradise: in their journal, the program that protects the time machine (Paradise Protection Protocol), and the aggressive Mi-/Koraidon that gains the title "Guardian of Paradise".1/3 (maybe 4)
