>>31591112The problem is that ultimately Pokemon didn't need an entire board to itself. Moot may as well have made a Call of Duty board or a Final Fantasy board instead. I appreciate that it exists because it allows us to have snake threads, but as you can see [as ANYONE can see] unless a new game is about to come out or has very recently come out the threads simply repeat over and over again like a serpent devouring its own tail. There's nothing to talk about so people try to talk about the same tired old topics day after day after day.
/trash/ is a little better, but just a little. Most of the threads still suffer from the same problem; people end up posting the same images and talking about the same topics over and over again because there isn't enough new content to warrant a single thread most of the time, let alone an entire board.
(Titsnake is a wonderful thing, though.)
