The event started last monday and a bunch of stores all over the country didn't get their cards in on time. So Mon, Tues, Wed was a big clusterfuck.
If you go to a Gamestop, you can ask for a card, however your mileage may vary. some stores require you to preorder, but nothing in any capacity said you had to. However, some gamestops were told by their management to only give them out for preorders.
They also have a poster, however it appears you can only get it when you pick up the game. If a store has a bunch extra, they may give them to you when you put the money down.
